The Financial Technology (Fintech) Department at AAU-BS has evolved from the Finance and Banking Department with the aim to be in-line with technological advancements in the financial sector. The department offers two programs – an undergraduate degree in Fintech and a postgraduate (master’s degree) in Accounting and Finance.

The bachelor’s degree in Fintech builds on the foundations of banking and financial sciences through providing an applied aspect using modern technology that allows students to acquire the practical skills necessary to join the labor market, including:
